Director of TRiO Student Support Services Job ID: 14567 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Position Summary The Director of TRIO Student Support Services is an exempt position that reports to the Associate Dean of Student Equity and Success and is a member of the Student Affairs Cabinet. The Director is the lead administrator and provides direct supervision for full-time, part-time staff and student workers. This position is responsible for providing administrative leadership, strategic program vision, high impact practice development, coordination and collaboration with other college departments and programs, budget allocation, and program assessment. The position ensures compliance with State and Federal legislation and regulations. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Position Salary Range: $93,880/year - $136,126/year The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Typically, new hire starts no higher than $104,442/year based on Bellevue College Exempt salary schedule. We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components.
