This role is pivotal in providing strategic planning support for the Data & AI organization by handling its rhythm of business and driving key initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate and maintain the organization's rhythm of business, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while working closely with various teams to accurately understand and coordinate major workstreams. They will orchestrate planning efforts, including annual and quarterly planning cycles, and excel in executive storytelling, translating sophisticated data into compelling narratives for leadership. The role involves leading organizational change initiatives related to strategic shifts and organizational priorities, as well as handling and optimizing key business processes, including action tracking and meeting facilitation. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to support data-driven decision making, seamlessly moving between high-level strategy and tactical execution. They must be a versatile professional capable of navigating complex situations with limited guidance, possessing strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to get results through clear planning and proactive problem-solving. This position requires someone who can proactively see opportunities for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness, contributing significantly to the overall strategic direction of the Data & AI organization. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the rhythm of business and organizational health for the Chief Data & AI Officer, which entails interacting with the Vice President/Director leadership teams to drive program completion and overall success as defined by business objectives or leader's expectations. Collaborate closely with the Data & AI Operations Senior Manager and the Chief Data & AI Officer's Executive Assistant to ensure comprehensive meeting preparation. This includes developing a detailed understanding of each meeting's requirements, such as relevant topics, appropriate speakers, vital materials, and expected outcomes. Facilitate effective follow-up by handling detailed note-taking and action item tracking. Provide strategic advisement by identifying, evaluating and analyzing critical priorities by partnering with teams to collect program information. Make recommendations to the Senior VP of opportunities on specific programs based on individual involvement and observations, and be a catalyst for action by identifying needed changes and driving next steps until issue is resolved. Identify and propose solutions regarding obstacles or issues while understanding their financial impact on the business and experience for our customers and/or employees. Find innovative ways and solutions to problems; Simplify and communicate sophisticated problems through clear communication, useful tools and detailed metrics that the field can implement, take action on or lead changes in behavior. Serve as a consulting and subject matter expert on enterprise-wide projects by contributing and identifying gaps to drive a better outcome through knowledge and experiences.
