Position summary: T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Corporate Strategy Manager is located in Bellevue, WA will formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. *Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Spearheads workstreams on projects addressing complex and ambiguous problems, driving transformational change, creating new businesses (e.g., Home Internet), and introducing innovation to T-Mobile's customers (e.g., Binge On), demonstrating in-depth industry understanding. Evaluates trade-offs for each strategy and leads potential opportunities with cross-functional partners, collaborating with product, IT, engineering, marketing, legal, and financial teams to commercialize ideas across various channels. Structures analytical problems, conducts data extraction and analysis, and presents findings using tools such as SQL and Python. Develops financial and decision-making models, including net present value calculations and sensitivity analysis, to assess opportunity viability. Independently maps new product opportunities in emerging technology industries, such as home, security, IoT, smart home, AI, and others. Synthesizes recommendations, understands their impact on the business, and develops go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Works with client organizations to build buy-in and drive change, conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision-making across a range of options. Coordinates cross-functional activities, providing analysis for Customer Strategy & Analytics (CS&A) input and message development. Assumes a leading role on projects, collaborating closely with internal clients to understand key business issues and structure problem-solving approaches. Constructs executive-level presentations and communicates complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Identifies, executes, and scales strategic partnerships to fill strategic gaps, leveraging skills in negotiation, contract management, and collaboration. Drives corporate strategy initiatives, leveraging skills in strategic planning, risk assessment, and business model evaluation. Conducts in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. Develops and implements effective change management strategies to ensure successful execution of corporate strategies. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align business goals and drive strategic initiatives forward. Utilizes advanced project management skills to oversee the successful execution of strategic projects. Applies agile development methodologies to drive innovation and adapt to evolving business needs.
