As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions for Swire Coca-Cola. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and human resources peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders. This role is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a best-in-class and highly motivated workforce. Job Details: Schedule: Hybrid required, at least 2 days in office in Bellevue, WA. Responsibilities: Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business autonomously, providing subject matter expertise in the areas of recruitment and attraction Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in business discussions to assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members Advise and provide recommendations to hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role Ensure stakeholders are conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. Navigate unusual situations or difficult conversations with hiring leaders and candidates as needed Participate in continuous improvement activities Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required 4+ years experience working in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role required required Subject matter expert in recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations in multiple countries Experience with the successful and strategic use of various social media and sourcing search tools Experience in supporting senior leadership levels (leaders and candidates) through recruitment cycle Experience in delivering successful recruitment strategies that span across more than one location or vertical talent group Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools #LI-DNI Come and join our Sparkling team!
