Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity in the accounting sector, based in Bellevue, Washington. The Controller role involves supervising the accounting team, overseeing accounting operations, and maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate all accounting operational functions, including managing the budget process and payroll
• Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance in various tasks, and responsible for hiring and training staff
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Evaluate and improve accounting and internal control systems to enhance efficiency
• Manage tax, insurance, and banking relations, fostering a strong relationship with business banking partners
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available
• Support executives in other tasks as assigned, providing valuable input and assistance
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and practices, and report any incidents to a Manager/Supervisor
• Utilize various software and systems such as 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, to perform accounting functions
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and resolved
• Lead the budgeting process and annual external audit, utilizing leadership skills and knowledge of budget processes
• Apply knowledge and experience in the automotive industry to perform duties effectively.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 + bonus.

Requirements • Must have proficiency in 3M
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is mandatory
• Must be proficient in CRM usage
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is needed
• Must be able to handle all Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a must
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
• Auditing skills are mandatory
• Must be familiar with Budget Processes
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is desirable
• Must have exceptional Leadership Skills
• Knowledge of Budgeting is required
• Experience with Business Banking Relationship is necessary
• Must be able to conduct Annual External Audit
