That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! Job Overview The Scrum Master is responsible for being a Coach, Facilitator and Servant Leader for their assigned Agile Scrum team(s). They continually look for ways the team can improve and encourage growth through cultivating strong relationships and trust. The Scrum Master owns the process for the team and creates balance with the Product Owner and the Technical Product Manager. Foremost, they demonstrate servant leadership by ensuring the scrum team has the resources they need, are shielded from distractions and interruptions and works to remove impediments along the way. The Scrum Master is responsible for budget and sprint status reporting (burn up/burn down) when a delivery manager or project manager is not assigned to the effort. Job Responsibilities: Organizes and facilitates daily stand-up meetings, reviews, estimation, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, burn down tracking and other Scrum-related meetings helping to remove impediments and identify dependencies. Helps teams self-organize and self-manage, release plan and budget management. Works collaboratively with Business and IT partner teams to support development and software delivery. Assists the Product Owner and Technical Product Manager in user story creation/prioritization and product Backlog grooming via emergent requirements. Coaches the development team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum practices at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. Education:Bachelor's Degree Computer science or a related technical discipline. (Required) Work Experience:4-7 years Experience in Agile development including coaching on agile methodologies. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Problem Solving (Required) Information Technology Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
