Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our healthcare team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to accounts receivable, expense reporting, invoicing, and reconciliations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the accounts receivable duties efficiently.

• Assisting the team with certain accounts payable tasks.

• Preparing and submitting expense reports accurately.

• Making journal entries as needed.

• Carrying out invoicing tasks in a timely manner.

• Communicating with vendors regarding outstanding invoices.

• Performing reconciliations regularly.

• Utilizing accounting software systems to perform tasks efficiently.

• Leveraging CRM and ERP systems for better resource planning and customer relationship management.

• Handling cash activities responsibly. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a must

• Knowledge of Epic Software is needed

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is required

• Capability to manage Cash Activity efficiently

• Experience with Cash Handling in a healthcare or social assistance setting is necessary
