Job Title: Process Technician - ALL SHIFTS - UP TO $27/HR!

Job Description

The Mold Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the molding process, including verifying production schedules, maintaining process parameters, and completing mold changes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Check with previous shift to verify production schedule and current process parameters.

• Check production schedule for mold and/or material changes.

• Responsible for checking and correcting current process parameters to master monitor, and record.

• Responsible for timely completion of mold changes.

• Verify and maintain job cycle times.

• Verification and control of scrap and downtime.

• Follow up on tooling and maintenance work orders.

Essential Skills

• Previous injection mold experience (1+ year)

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with hand/power tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Own their own hand/power tools

• Ability to read blue prints

Work Environment

This is a very clean, climate-controlled environment. Monday through Friday with overtime and weekends as necessary. Training will be on the day shift for a minimum of 4 weeks. Employees currently work 5-10 hours of overtime a week.
