Accounts Payable Intern
The Accounts Payable Intern reports to the Shared Service Center Accounts Payable Manager and provides services to the Americas region. The person in this role will support certain business units (BU) or processes in the Accounting team.

Our Group Accounting department in Belleville, IL is now looking for a Accounts Payable Intern.
Key Tasks
Assist with Vendor Invoice Processing in Basware.
Accurately process and code invoices to ensure on-time payments.
Adhere to department performance metrics, policy and procedures and controls.
Work proactively with vendors and internal personnel to resolve invoice disputes.
Reconcile invoice statements.
Assist with pulling data for analyzing as requested.
Prepare adhoc analysis or data as needed.
Support stakeholders by researching questions and proposing solutions to problems impacting Accounts Payable or Accounting.

Your Background
High school diploma
Organized and manages time to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Good Excel skills
