Overnight Front Desk Receptionist/ Medication Technician Excellent Benefits • Supportive Management

The W Assisted Living Communities is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist Part Time weekends a must. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate, they must be organized and able to multi-task.

Part Time-Full Time - Days • Evening • Weekends - OT Options - Immediately Available

Schedule:

overnight ( Thursday and Friday) and 3pm to 11pm on ( Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answering and routing phone calls

  • Greeting visitors and staff

  • Perform general office duties

  • Oversee the distributing of daily mail, packages and deliveries

  • Monitor supplies and maintain excel spreadsheet for inventory for the front area

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma; or equivalent

  • One to two years of experience in administrative/secretarial, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative
