POSITION: The Studio Manager will provide a concierge service to members and prospects and assist the General Manager with studio operations. COMP & BENEFITS: * Health Benefits (if 30+ hours/week) * Complimentary membership to Row House and StretchLab ($428 monthly value) * Up to 50% off retail merchandise * Opportunity for advancement (multiple locations and brands) * Paid training REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred * Must be an Extrovert and take Initiative * Confident in ability to help others be the best version of themselves and achieve goals (personal and professional) * Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone * Must be solution-based and results oriented with a competitive spirit * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment * An affinity and passion for fitness * Solid writing and grammar skills * Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and organized * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public * Proficiency with computers and Studio software *This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. DUTIES: * Independently make decisions related to sales, customer service, billing and staffing needs * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio * Lead generation via grass roots marketing and networking * Onboard and retain members through a consultative approach to sales and service * Any other duties as assigned Row House is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
