We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in Bellaire, Texas. This role involves providing administrative assistance, customer service, and data entry in a telecom provider setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and will be responsible for organizing files, scanning, scheduling appointments, and handling shipping functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and manage information

• Organize files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and stored properly

• Perform scanning tasks as required, ensuring all documents are digitally stored and organized

Requirements

• Previous experience in Administrative Assistance

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Experience in Data Entry

• Ability to organize files and maintain a structured filing system

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
