Job Summary:

As an Order Entry Admin (Customer Service Specialist), you will review and enter orders successfully, and build reliable, trusting relationships with those wishing to move forward with the products recommended. The Customer Service role must: Understand each customer’s needs through attentive listening to provide the customer with the correct information promptly in a way that fosters customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers with a high level of empathy and sincerity and process orders quickly and efficiently. Manage sensitive customer information and adhere to all standard operating procedures related to servicing customers and processing their orders. Use provided resources and sales tactics to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs in our commitment to maintaining the first point of contact resolution.

Order Entry : Enter and process a high volume of customer orders daily with 100 accuracy. Respond to all incoming purchase orders in a timely manner. Maintain and update product knowledge. Must be able to multitask, be organized and able to stay on top of customers open orders. Able to multi-task when answering incoming phone calls, be on chat, look up part numbers, stock, and check freight charges all in one setting continuously throughout the day on different screens.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue

• Explain products and services to customers, monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

• investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Data entry into company system and able to multitask

• Enter and process a high volume of customer orders daily with 100% accuracy.

• Respond to all incoming purchase orders in a timely manner.

• Maintain and update product knowledge.

• Must be able to multitask, be organized and able to stay on top of customers’ open orders.

• Able to multi-task when answering incoming phone calls, be on chat, look up part numbers, stock, and check freight charges all in one setting continuously throughout the day on different screens. Multi-tasking is a must!

Requirements and Skills:

•Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred

•Passion for people and developing genuine relationships.

•Amazing communication skills.

•Enjoys a fast-paced (fun) working environment.

•Attention to detail, sort and filter through part numbers and product features.

•Solid MS Office experience

•MRP/ERP Computer System experience

•Good typing speed 40-45 WPM with little to no errors

•Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

•Reliable and able to work flexible full-time hours.
