Job title: Software Configuration Specialist

Grade: 9

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate the process of solution configuration for new clients using specifications set forth by NCR Voyix.

• Prepare and adapt solutions for deployment on a large scale.

• Conduct testing and verification of Aloha software capabilities to ensure they meet implementation and deployment standards.

• Handle site configurations for Aloha users through the Aloha Configuration Center and NCR Back Office, aiding with the launch of new stores, POS updates, or transitions in ownership.

• Address and solve any configuration issues that emerge for new clients throughout the deployment phase.

• Collaborate with the Deployment team to guarantee a seamless deployment experience for customers from start to finish.

• Keep project and task records updated daily with clear notes and defined next steps using tools like Quickbase, Salesforce and others, as directed by the leadership team.

• Design procedures to boost operational efficiency within the Deployment team, including the creation of new processes and the improvement of existing ones.

• Offer support to internal teams during project execution.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• 3 Years of Proven IT expertise, particularly in database management and Windows OS environments, or similar experience.

• Proven track of producing high quality work.

• Proven track of achieving high results.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Positive feedback received in past performance evaluations.

• Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks timely and efficiently.

• Experience working with multiple software applications, including NCR Voyix product suite, and ability to deliver on software configuration projects.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and QuickBase for tracking and updating projects.

• Capability to implement configuration changes in Aloha products based on specific client requirements.

• Ability to address and troubleshoot problems from clients and team members, escalating them as needed.

• Responsibility for executing project plans to completion.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, including those in different countries with varying skill levels.

• Identification of opportunities for process improvement within the team.

• Ability to serve as a substitute for colleagues during high demand periods or when staffing is low.

• Additional job-related tasks may be assigned as needed.
