TITLE: Project Manager Leader
LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia on-site
Grade: 10
Position Summary: The Project Manager Leader will oversee the successful implementation of NCRV Point of Sale solutions for small to medium-sized customers. This role involves managing complex projects, including single-site and multi-unit implementations, while ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded. The Project Manager Leader is responsible for translating customer needs into actionable project plans, managing project milestones, and ensuring the delivery of complete Aloha systems. The individual will collaborate across internal teams, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain high standards of professionalism and project management excellence.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Project Planning and Execution:
Manage projects from initiation to completion, including handoff to support teams.
Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones tailored to customer needs.
Ensure projects adhere to scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
Handle complex projects, such as multi-unit implementations with the full Aloha suite.
Customer Engagement:
Attend sales-to-project handoff meetings to gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
Schedule and lead customer discovery meetings to identify needs and expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact, balancing customer needs with NCRV processes.
Lead post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Communication and Documentation:
Translate and communicate customer needs to internal teams for solution delivery.
Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project milestones.
Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
Track all project tasks and time in project management software.
Team Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.
Coordinate resources and support for seamless project execution.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Address changes in project scope and communicate updates effectively.
Professionalism and Industry Expertise:
Apply principled practices and maintain high standards of professionalism in all assignments.
Stay updated on industry practices and standards through independent learning and documentation review.
Continuously improve project management skills and methodologies.
Technology and Tools Proficiency:
Develop expertise in NCRV Point of Sale solutions and the Aloha system.
Utilize project management software to monitor and report on project progress.
Basic Qualifications:
Previous experience in the restaurant industry
Previous experience with Point of Sale software. Previous Aloha Point of Sale experience a plus
Previous Project Management experience a plus
Excellent English communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across multiple teams
Experience with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Process driven and task oriented
Ability to multi-task
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment. The Project Manager Leader must balance competing priorities while delivering exceptional results to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
