Key expert 1: Team leader / Public Administration Reform Expert
Brief description of the project:
This project has been designed to deepen and extend the support being provided to the Government of Serbia through the Sector Budget Support Programme to Public Administration Reform, which forms part of the PAR Sector Reform Contract (SRC).
Brief description of the assignment :
Key experts have a crucial role in implementing the contract. All experts working for the project will spend their working days in the beneficiary country. Exceptionally, working days outside beneficiary country should be justified and are subject to prior written approval of the Project Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
§ Master’s degree in public administration, Politics, Economics, Law or a field directly related to the assignment. In case of a Bachelor's degree the expert should have at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in addition to the experience required under the general professional experience.
General professional experience:
§ Minimum of 8 years of experience in public administration reform.
Specific professional experience:
Proven experience in development and / or monitoring of public administration reform strategic framework;
Proven experience as a Team Leader in at least 1 EU-funded project, worth at least 1 million EUR;
Experience in working as an expert on the EU Sector Budget Support would be considered as an advantage
Fluency in English
Duration of the assignment: indicatively 660 working days
Location: Serbia, Belgrade
