About the Role
Coordination and processing of IT billing for Magna IT.
Regular travel: 5-10% of the time.
Your Responsibilities
Coordination and processing of IT billing for Magna Global IT Region EU
Billing for Corporate AT, Billing for Special Billings, Compilation of all relevant billing data from the different sources
Preparation and review of data for billing purposes
Create and change Billing Documents, Invoicing to the customer
Complaint Processing/Complaint Management in relation to accounting (tickets), Cooperation with accounting and controlling (global)
General administrative activities for the business administration. Backup for other Billing Region USA/Canada/China
Who we are looking for
Commercial knowledge or professional experience, preferably accounting
General technical understanding
A basic understanding of IT services is desirable
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Very good knowledge of MS Office (preferably Excel)
Good knowledge of SAP, also in practical application, desirable
Your preferred qualifications
