Team/Role Overview

The Belfast Citi Solutions Centre Business Office team support the Belfast Site Head, Site Leadership team and the Global Citi Solutions Centre team.

Reporting into the UK and Europe Citi Solutions Centre Business Management lead the role will work with the Belfast Business office lead and be part of a team of ten across 4 locations, Belfast, Dublin, Budapest and Poland.

The team are part of the Global Citi Solutions Centre Network – there are 33 Citi Solutions Centres located across 4 clusters, UK and Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia Pacific.

What you’ll do

The role is to support the Citi Solutions Centre Site Head and senior leadership team to create, co ordinate and implement key site programmes and projects related to employee engagement, communications, stakeholder engagement, people, talent and culture, community investment and volunteering, branding, working environment, invoice and supplier management and management reporting and analytics .

The role will work with the Site Head, Site Senior Leadership team, local colleagues, colleagues in the UK and Europe Business Office team and the wider global Citi Solutions Centre Network.

  • Manage the Site Communications including content for digital screens and social media, partner with local public affairs team for sign off/approvals

  • Lead and co ordinate senior visits to the Site, including preparation of materials and management of logistics

  • Manage the content updates to Belfast intranet and SharePoint sites

  • Partner with Human Resources on delivery and implementation of key Site level people priorities

  • Manage regular employee information sessions in partnership with Public Affairs

  • Manage the Site Branding Campaign in partnership with Site Head, Site Leadership Team

What we’ll need from you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, multi task, manage multiple competing priorities and work to tight deadlines

  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to operate in an influence model

  • Strong negotiating, planning and organisational skills

  • Ownership , creativity, co ordinating diverse teams and motivation

  • Excellent analytical skills
