Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician on the 3rd Shift, you will be responsible for monitoring production machine operations to identify malfunctions and adjust machines to proper specifications. You will perform preventive maintenance according to the scheduled plan and maintain a clean, orderly workshop in accordance with 5S principles. You will also read blueprints, drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine system functions, prepare reports, complete work orders, and report hours per job completed using typical office software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production machine operation to identify malfunctions.

• Adjust machines to proper, documented specifications.

• Perform preventive maintenance according to the scheduled maintenance plan.

• Maintain workshop in a clean, orderly fashion in accordance with 5S principles.

• Keep tools and shop equipment clean and in good working order.

• Utilize correct PPE at all times for general and specialized job functions.

• Read blueprints, drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine system functions.

• Prepare reports and complete work orders.

• Report hours per job completed using typical office software suite for communications and preparing work instructions.

• Steel toes or composite shoes required for shift and interview

• Lifting up to 30lbs - 50lbs

• Fast-paced repetitive work

Work Environment

This position is on the 3rd shift, Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11:30pm in a manufacturing environment. You will need to suit up in the production areas and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing steel toes or composite shoes. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
