Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our human capital, ensuring that our workforce is aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Duties
- Recruit for, interview, and hire candidates for open positions company wide
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop strategic planning initiatives.
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve human capital management.
- Book travel for field leadership as needed
- Ensure a successful and streamlined onboarding experience for new hires
- Strong knowledge of multi-state labor laws and compliance
- Handle EEOC/unemployment claims and lawsuits
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is essential.
- Experience in strategic planning and budgeting within an HR context.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and staff at all levels.
- Familiarity with data collection methods for HR metrics and analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
