Assist Engineering Department with construction projects contracted by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians.
Review drawings, specifications, and manuals to prepare for inspections.
Test and evaluate materials with respect to construction specifications and test procedures to ensure the utilization of materials capable of yielding durable finished products.
Assist with Self Determination Public Law 93-638 contract proposals.
Assist with all scoping letters for concurrence to other Federal Agencies (SHPO/THPO clearance, fish and Wildlife, Soil Conservation Service, etc.). This required the using of correct grammar, punctuation, style, scope content, organization and logic.
Comply with the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians and funding agency design and construction procurement process.
