ManTech Software System Integrator III in Belcamp, Maryland

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software System Integrator III to join our team in the Belcamp, MD area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide research and development, design, integration, testing and prototyping in support of systems functional requirements.

  • Develop networking and sensor interfaces solutions.

  • Engage with industry partners to determine appropriate technological solutions to system requirements and provide recommendations / trade analysis to PM Leadership.

  • Host technical collaboration with key stakeholder representative from PEO C3T, ACM-F, CECOM, FORSCOM on program initiatives to ensure continuity of ground station capabilities / modernization.

  • Define risks and identify system issues, develop mitigation strategies, and document recommended COA’s for PM leadership.

  • Develop and provide Instructor / Key Personnel Training. Support fielding plan development and execution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field.

  • Experience with VMWARE 7.0 and VMWARE VCENTER Server 7.0.3, Cisco switching and routing, Lifecycle development.

  • 7 years of position-relevant work experience.

  • DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II.

  • Experience with the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in AWS Solutions Architect Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Platform Associate Engineer or equivalent.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI Eligible

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary Position

The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800-$204,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
