Description
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Belcamp, Maryland. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive high-quality service and support. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product and service information, contributing to the overall success of our customer satisfaction goals.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively, aiming for a positive resolution that ensures customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Order Management: Assist with processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Ensure orders are accurate and track shipments.
Account Assistance: Help customers with account management tasks, including updating personal information, managing billing, and assisting with account-related questions.
Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and any follow-up actions in the company’s CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, shipping, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
