Description and Requirements
职位介绍：
1.负责在各种异构硬件平台上对LLM算法进行全面的性能和功耗分析与评估
2.设计针对不同异构硬件平台（包括CPU、GPU、NPU和其他硬件平台）的优化框架，以实现行业领先的性能和功耗
3.解决关键平台算法优化问题
职位要求：
1.计算机科学、数学、统计学或相关专业的学士学位或以上学历，至少有8年相关领域的工作经验
熟练掌握C/C++、Python等编程语言，具有良好的编程习惯和代码规范
2.熟悉ONNX、GGML、OpenVINO、PyTorch等深度学习框架
3.熟悉常见的人工智能算法和模型，如Transformer、CNN等
在GPU、NPU或FPGA上开发OpenCL、DirectML、OpenGL/Vulkan或DirectX的内核或着色器代码具有丰富经验
4.具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能够有效与不同背景的团队成员合作
5.对人工智能技术有浓厚兴趣，具有创新思维和持续学习的精神
