You are responsible for

• Develop and modify training materials like product training, selling skills training etc.to support business growth for both online and offline.

• Deploy and evaluate training courses to improve retail team's competencies to achieve business goals.

• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI

• Achieve commercial training KPIs like training fulfilment rate, passing rate of product knowledge assessment etc.

• Coach the province trainers on training skill and assist to develop a highly qualified training team.

• Maintain and update training database, and all the training records and materials for future reference.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• University degree.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training field , e-commerce company is preferred.

• Skills in developing training material and delivering training courses.

• Strong coaching, and written communication skills including strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.

• Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance.
