Description and Requirements
The role will focus on finance Order to Cash business and system solution design and process analysis. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in English and at least 8 years of experience with SAP AR, FSCM, TRM,CRM and other modules. Additionally, the candidate should have strong business design capabilities and system consulting experience, with at least 5+ years of experience with full cycle global finance digital transformation projects, with a focus on OTC, RTR, and Treasury areas. Experience with process design of related self-developed systems is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of finance Order to Cash business processes, including credit management, collection and dispute management, payment management, and cash application.
Design and implement solutions for finance AR related processes.
Work with the team to design and implement solutions for bank accounting processes.
Develop and implement solutions for financing management processes in Treasury.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Strong business design capabilities and system consulting experience.
At least 8 years of experience with SAP AR/AP, TRM, FSCM, CRM and other modules.
At least 5+ years of experience with full cycle global finance digital transformation projects, with a focus on OTC, RTR, and Treasury areas.
Experience with process design of related self-developed systems is preferred.
Ability to work and lead projects as part of a team.
