Overview

The Senior Culture Consultant is a strategic thought leader responsible for driving and shaping the organization’s culture to align with its business objectives. This role will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive culture transformation plan that fosters a entrepreneurial, innovative, high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

● Develop and implement a holistic culture strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and vision.

● Identify and define key cultural pillars that will drive business transformation.

● Design and execute a comprehensive culture transformation plan, including leadership development, policy/process optimization, employee engagement programs, and people metrics.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to define culture priorities and ensure alignment.

● Conduct thorough culture assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.

● Develop and implement change management strategies to support culture transformation initiatives.

● Measure and track culture metrics to assess progress and ROI.

● Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.

● Provide strategic guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels.

● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in culture and organizational development.

Qualifications

● Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.

● Minimum of 10 years of experience in culture transformation, organizational development, or leadership development.

● Proven track record of successfully leading culture initiatives in a complex, global organization.

● Deep understanding of organizational culture, leadership, and change management principles.

● Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

● Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Consulting experience in a global company or consulting firm.

● Experience with change management methodologies and tools.

● Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
