As a Sales Operation Supervisor, you will be accountable for the seamless and efficient operation for mid and backend business operation, supply chain management, finance controlling assisatant.
What you’ll do
1.Sales Management Assistant
Sales data tracking and management, regular updates of purchase, sales, and inventory reports, daily omni-channel reports, sorting and analysis of store operation data, as well as tracking data during promotional periods.
- Supply Chain Supports
- Demand forecast (DP)
Collaborate closely with the TP team and supply chain team to oversee purchasing, sales, and inventory management. Take charge of managing product inventory to ensure adequate online stock levels.
- Order management (OMS)
Collaborate with the TP team to jointly process and manage customer orders and supervise the fulfillment of warehouse order operations.
3.Financial support
Customer bill reconciliation and regular operation on account
Monitor and manage customer accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Internal budget management, sales fee, A&P.
- Others: After-sales support (QA & Compliance internal communication), budget management, authorization follow-up and other team management support etc.

What you’ll need
1.Minimum 3 years e-commerce on-hands operation experience related in online KA direct-supply business , FMCG background preferred
2.Good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving mindset
3.English as working language
