Description and Requirements
This is a Senior Program Manager role in Lenovo Global Learning Center (GLC) based in Beijing, with quite many cooperation with the global team.
Work closely with global sales enablement team from different BG and GEO, on sales enablement program plan, design, and delivery.
Work as a Learning consultant to understand/collect sales enablement requirements based on business strategy and pain points.
Work as a Program Manager, to do end-to-end learning program management, including requirements collection, planning, design, and delivery with good feedback results, and finally contribute to the business results.
Deliver and facilitate training program, and engage with participants actively in the training session.
Position Requirements
10+ years’ To-B Sales Enablement experience in multinational companies, high-tech companies preferred, and headquarters working experience preferred.
Deep understanding to the organization’s business strategy and pain points; rich learning consultant experience to effectively conduct consultative conversation with business leaders and sellers.
Rich experience in sales enablement program design, to accelerate organization’s performance improvement.
Rich experience in global program/project management and deployment with strong leadership and influence capability.
Fluent English communication skills with different GEOs.
Great presentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Facilitator/trainer experience preferred.
Master’s Degree preferred.
