Description:

1.Head Butler represents the epitome of the highest standards of Grand Hyatt Butler Service in the Grand Hyatt Brand.

2.The Head Butler must be knowledgeable about all guest related aspects, stressing on guest preferences and itinerary in order to provide an excellent service and ensure a memorable experience.

3.He/She is responsible for the quality of service that every guest receives during his/her stay and attends to their needs and wants.

4.He/She inspects and sets up guest rooms prior to arrival and upkeep the quality throughout guest’sstay.

5.Hyatt Head Butler sets the stage and creates the memorable experience of each guests’ stay.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 years' work experience as Butler / Guest Relations in a hotel or 2 years' work experience as Guest Service Agent.

2.Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.

3.Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
