Description and Requirements
Job Description:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of Global Infrastructure finance related activities
Monitor and analyze financial data and continue upgrading financial models for decision support
Develop and implement financial controls and processes
Prepare monthly financial reports including budgets, forecasts, and performance review
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Advise on short and long-term business and financial planning
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Present financial reports to stakeholders, executives, and monthly review in formal meetings
Work with stakeholders and finance users to define the requirement and then explain the system solution, and translate into system requirements
Collect Business needs and working with other Key Contributors, identifying the issue and solving the problems
Actively contribute to the Finance planning tool and processes (Global & local) project (definitions of needs, functional design…)
Highlight risks and opportunities, and work with BU's MD & the Finance Head to formulate strategies and plans to meet business target
Partner with business unit teams on all aspects of business analysis (financial, scenario planning, business cases)
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in Cloud industry
Strong understanding of IT and Hardware business principles and practices
Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Proficient user of finance software such as SAP, BW
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar is considered a plus
