Commercial Assistant(Contractor)

-Administrative support to the TTH IS Sales China team; arrangement of team meetings, events and customer seminars; reception of visitors and customers; back-up sales admin activities once needed.

-Commercial support to marketing and business development activities to help drive TTH IS business growth in China

Your key responsibilities

•Cooperating with TTH China Dairy RSM to organize internal activity and make sure the whole sales system run high efficiency.

•To collect sales data and market, customers feedback to generate the report monthly

•Collecting and sorting customers' and competitors' information，establishing database.

•Cross-functional coordination and communication ability

•Dairly work maintenance.（Pipeline projects and AM travel co-management）

You bring

•Bachelor’s degree or above with extent of social experience

•Be good at social relationship,writing and familiar with automatic soft (Excel and PPT ) use

•Good lanager in Mandarin and English

•The female priority for food or chemial major
