The opportunity

  • Scope of the position includes to develop in-depth knowledge of the product line, understanding and fulfilling the needs of customers, the competitive landscape and knowing how to sell Teva API's products based on their requirements.

  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities, create business proposals for new and existing opportunities, in order to achieve sales goals.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Develop Teva API sales in China, optimizing the opportunities for both export and local generic market

  • Expanding the market share of the Company in China by identifying and exploring new sales opportunities, both direct and through resellers

  • Conduct sales meeting with potential customers together with line manager or resellers to build the necessary direct relationships / structure to achieve TAPI's strategic plan, competent in reporting all the meetings according to TAPI standard requirement

  • Customer Service - Responsibility for attending customer's ongoing needs. Act as principal customer liaison with regards to services, contracts, collections, logistics and any other issue, activity or interface between company and customer

  • Responsibility for building and accomplishing the annual sales work plan

  • Market research on potential customers and competition landscape

  • Admin coordination for office needs

Your experience and qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in the chemical field (API preferred), could be in R&D, import/export, RA, quality, sales and marketing, sales & marketing experience is not a must but preferred

  • Good learning ability, and high willingness to learn

  • High sense of responsibility

  • Ability to work in a flexible environment. High capability of prioritization and organization. Self-motivated, capable of performing the job by him/herself

  • Proactive, dynamic and good communication skills

  • Capability to deal with clients at different levels

  • Initiative abilities

  • Fluent English in both oral and written
