Located in Bedhampton, Eaton's Aerospace business stands as a global leader in aerospace fuel systems.

The core business of Bedhampton is; assembly and test of hydraulic parts for motors and pumps on aeroplanes.

What you’ll do:

HR Manager oversees the HR leadership responsibilities on site including supporting the leadership team in creating and driving the strategic direction, leading and managing HR programs and projects in Aerospace as appropriate. As an integral part of the site leadership team, this role will identify, develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain talent while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives and action plans.

As an HR Manager, you will:

  • Develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies to attract, manage, motivate, and retain talent.

  • Align HR programs with strategic objectives and annual business goals.

  • Lead and manage HR programs and projects, ensuring effective delivery.

  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance.

  • Analyze engagement issues and propose improvement plans.

  • Champion talent management and organizational effectiveness.

  • Lead recruitment efforts and support strategic plans.

  • Drive continuous improvement using digital solutions.

Qualifications:

• CIPD level 7, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner or similar role

• Experience of organisational assessment and design, change management, restructuring and project management

Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven HR engagement skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a matrix environment

• Ability to deal with conflict and diffuse difficult situations, having managerial courage
