What’s the job?

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, design oversight, execution, and closeout of assigned Capex projects, including equipment installations, refurbishments & upgrades, within an established budget and schedule. They will acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members, including contractors and consultants, to deliver projects according to plan.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is Required; Master’s in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

• Ten (10) plus years of experience in Manufacturing – involving project management, engineering, design, commissioning, and testing is Required.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to advance technical skills through study and practical application

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient office computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.

• Willing to complete additional training, if necessary, as needed

• Proficient with AutoCAD/SolidWorks or related applications.
