This is a contract role with the potential for a contract-to-hire position. They are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to manage a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with both employees and management to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring, and lead new employee orientation.

2. Employee Relations: Address concerns, promote a positive workplace, and ensure adherence to HR policies.

3. Performance Management: Support performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching.

4. Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll and compensation inquiries.

5. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and help develop/uphold HR policies.

6. Training & Development: Organize training programs and professional development opportunities.

7. HR Reporting: Maintain records and generate reports on key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2+ years of HR experience with manufacturing experience preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
6. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
