Maxim Healthcare in Bedford New Hampshire is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with an adult patient in Alton New Hampshire.
- Location: Alton, NH
- DX: Cerebral Palsy
- Adult male w/ g-tube
- Monday to Friday 7:30am-5pm Weekends 8am-4pm
- Pay rate $28-$31 per hour (LPN)
- Pay rate $40-$46 per hour (RN)

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
