Actalent Lab Technician in Bedford, New Hampshire

Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Description

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of all manufacturing activities in accordance with current GMPs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute basic manufacturing procedures (cleaning, solution prep, equipment prep) under direct supervision.

  • Accurately follow and complete required documentation (batch records, forms, Quality system documentation) under direct supervision.

  • Adhere to all procedures, including gowning and safety requirements, at all times.

  • Support manufacturing activities outside of core hours under direct supervision.

  • Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, as assigned.

  • Assist with validation activities, as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Biology

  • Microbiology

  • Aseptic Technique

  • GMP

  • Sample Preparation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience

  • Associate's degree or higher in a life science

  • Experience in GMP manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred

  • Ability to work alone or in a team and follow procedures exactly

  • Excellent communication, drive, and decision-making skills

  • Comfortable with technology

  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Work Environment

You will be working in a team of 20-25 individuals in a lab setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
