Job Title: Lab Technician
Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of all manufacturing activities in accordance with current GMPs.
Responsibilities
Execute basic manufacturing procedures (cleaning, solution prep, equipment prep) under direct supervision.
Accurately follow and complete required documentation (batch records, forms, Quality system documentation) under direct supervision.
Adhere to all procedures, including gowning and safety requirements, at all times.
Support manufacturing activities outside of core hours under direct supervision.
Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, as assigned.
Assist with validation activities, as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience
Associate's degree or higher in a life science
Experience in GMP manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred
Ability to work alone or in a team and follow procedures exactly
Excellent communication, drive, and decision-making skills
Comfortable with technology
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Work Environment
You will be working in a team of 20-25 individuals in a lab setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
