LogixHealth Supervisor, Audit & Contracting in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
As a Supervisor at LogixHealth, you will work with the Senior Manager, Team Lead, and other members of management in the Audit & Contracting department. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to assist in supervising staff and departmental processes.
The ideal candidate will have proven technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience in third-party billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure appropriate training for new hires
Work collaboratively to develop new processes and reinforcement of existing processes with the Senior Manager and Director
Work with LogixHealth India team to ensure Carrier Payment Audits are completed actively and timely
Update staff on any new client/contract information and/or processes to be followed related to revenue
Manage staff workload and productivity

Required:
Prior knowledge of reimbursement expectations
Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Strong knowledge of third party medical billing practices
Prior knowledge of the NSA
