LogixHealth Application Specialist in Bedford, Massachusetts

Location: Bedford, Ma; Hybrid; Remote in AL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, OH, OK, TN, TX, WI, WV

This Role:

The purpose of the Application Specialist in Billing Operations is to implement and configure Office 365/Azure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring compatibility with existing systems. This role involves providing technical support, conducting training sessions, creating user manuals, and integrating Office 365 applications with other enterprise systems. The Application Specialist will monitor and optimize the performance of these applications, manage collaboration tools, and advocate for best practices in using Office 365 products. This position is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's billing operations through the strategic use of Office 365/Azure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Office 365/Azure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring compatibility with existing systems

  • Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation

  • Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to help employees effectively use Office 365 applications

  • Integrate Office 365 applications with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless data flow

  • Monitor the performance of Office 365 applications and optimize them for better efficiency

  • Manage and support collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Azure and OneDrive

  • Advocate for and implement best practices for using Office 365 products

    Qualifications:

    Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Azure services and integration.

  • Proven experience in managing and supporting Office 365/Azure applications.

  • Experience with Power Automate

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to conduct training sessions and create user documentation

  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

    Preferred:

  • Azure Automation 

  • Azure Logic Apps 

  • Microsoft certifications preferred

  • Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

  • Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) d. Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
