Job Title: Warehouse Associate $18-20/HR

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing products for shipment, utilizing RF scanners, and ensuring proper handling throughout the process. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders to pull products and prepare them for shipment.

• Accurately pick products and ensure proper handling throughout the process.

• Utilize RF scanners to facilitate picking work.

• Place picked items on a conveyor belt or pallet for shipment.

• Perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and maintaining a fast pace throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years' experience in shipping and receiving.

• 1+ years' experience in a warehouse setting.

• Proficiency with RF scanners.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Environment

The work environment is a very small electronics shop in Chagrin Falls, OH. The work floor is very clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled. The position requires working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain a fast pace throughout the shift.
