West Virginia Employer Maintenance worker in Beckley, West Virginia
For repairs to rental properties, multiple houses, mobile homes, and apartments in Raleigh and Summers Counties, the candidate will need at least two years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, flooring, and general maintenance of houses, mobile homes, and apartments. The candidate must be available for emergency repair call-outs and have a reliable vehicle and personal tools. Pay is by job but could lead to a full-time permanent position. Pay will be decided by experience but will start at $15 an hour if the full-time position is accepted.
