Job Title: Superintendent of Construction

Job Description:

• Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.

• Communicate with designated parties regarding scheduled closings and walk-throughs.

• Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.

• Deliver homes within established timeframes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes.

• Order materials to ensure timely delivery.

• Communicate the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs.

• Conduct daily quality control inspections.

• Deliver homes within established timeframes.

• Conduct on-site safety and construction meetings.

• Start and close homes as per the business plan.

• Inspect trade contractor work and supplier deliveries before approving invoices.

Essential Skills:

• Construction management

• Residential construction

• Construction scheduling

• Subcontractor management

• Blueprint reading

• Ability to manage up to 20 homes at different stages

• Experience managing multiple crews/subcontractors

• Quality control

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of production residential superintendent experience

• Experience with high-end options in similar homes

Work Environment:

• Onsite in a residential subdivision in Beaverton/Sherwood.
