Nike Specialist II, Production Coordinator, Global Brand Creative Production in Beaverton, Oregon
Global Brand Creative Production is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator who is highly organized, results driven, and keen to grow expertise within the production industry. We are seeking a strong communicator who partners cross-functionally within the brand to support an organized, efficient and successful end-to-end production process. They are problem-solvers, forward-thinkers and creative partners, always improving production to effectively execute the creative strategy of Global Brand Creative.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
Day-to-day, you’ll support the production team across multiple work streams and multiple mediums delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. The production coordinator’s responsibilities include contract management, finance support, Airtable workflow, and internal and external creative partner communication.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll collaborate to execute against Global Brand Marketing briefs, supporting Producers to deliver on time and within budget. From project to project you’ll support the Producer in commissioning and managing multiple creative partners ranging from world-renowned agencies to up-and-coming artists and creators. You’ll work end-to-end on projects, involved from the moment the brief reaches our team through final delivery.

Day-to-day you will support the producer in partnering internally with designers, writers, and communication experts, and with external creatives to produce content across multiple disciplines. Within the broader Marketing function, you’ll collaborate with your counterparts across many different teams to help deliver creative in accordance with our Brand Standards. You’ll work alongside a team of producers and production coordinators to up-level the team’s deep industry expertise by learning, inspiring and sharing knowledge with each other.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
2+ years work experience in content production or post production.
A passion for creative production and a commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends and innovations.
Understanding of creative disciplines, and an interest in cultivating a broad network of external partners.
Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately and meet assigned deadlines; excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Forward-thinker with solutions-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Airtable.
Experience with Coupa and Figma a plus.
Ability to travel as needed.
