Nike Specialist I, ICON Pre-Production in Beaverton, Oregon

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

ICON Studios provides compelling product imagery that elevates the Nike brand vision. Our ICON Studio in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Specialist I, ICON Pre-Production to support the execution of premium, accurate and on-time product image creation from line plan through to retail and e-commerce. You will be collaborating cross-departmentally with Planning/Ordering, Product Logistics, Styling, Creative, Production, Photography, and Post Production teams to support the timely photo and video production through completion. You must understand Photo Studio production so that you can coordinate effectively and drive continuous process improvements. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, enjoy coordinating and overseeing processes to completion, exceptionally organized, collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Assist in the product image creation process; from line plan management, preseason forecasting, to delivery and ultimately post season recapping through cross collaboration with various teams

  • Track product throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems to ensure merchandise is continually flowing to meet seasonal readiness

  • Participate in strategies to increase image completion and accuracy, monitor and report to key stakeholders

  • Extract, compile, audit and deliver data for reporting purposes

  • Perform quality control procedures to ensure merchandise and assets meet compliance standards

  • Partner with studio teams to ensure timely delivery of work based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), timelines

  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reducing training time, improve comprehension, and ensure compliance

  • Actively participate in a team culture of continuous improvement to enhance business performance and process flows

  • Proactively identify, communicate, and solve any issues that arise throughout the production process

  • Other duties as assigned

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role will report to the Creative Operations Pre-Production Manager. They will work closely with Planning, Ordering, Product Logistics, Styling, Creative, Production, Post-Production, and other Nike and Jordan teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years Ecommerce Photo Studio experience; successfully delivering results in a project management/production capacity

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or related field

  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

  • Computer savvy with advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills

  • Skilled in data analytics with the ability to drive clarity in information.

  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills

  • Flexible and able to work as needed, including the occasional weekend, to meet peak demands in a fast-paced environment

  • Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure

  • Detail-oriented team player

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment

  • A positive attitude to continued learning
