The Global Membership teams shape and drive the Nike Athlete* experience by elevating Nike Membership wherever consumers choose to shop. We serve as an innovation function, driving the future of Nike and embedding change throughout the enterprise. This is achieved by aligning enterprise leadership to actualize our most significant opportunities and spearheading transformational projects across Nike’s geographies with our partners. Membership team members explore complex business issues, conduct consumer, competitive and market research, enhance the Membership Program & experience, and implement partner activations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026

  • Background in Retail or Consumer Loyalty Programs, E-Commerce, Account Management, Strategic Planning, Retail Operations, Direct-to-Consumer Platforms or Digital Services, Digital Product management or marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related-field preferred   

  • 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred.

  • Cover Letter and resume submission (PDF) required.

  • Storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, verbalize ideas effectively, communicate clear and concise messages, and deliver compelling presentations.

  • Has a strong passion for Nike products and the consumer, and curiosity and interest in consumer loyalty programs both in the retail industry or more broadly.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:

As an intern in Global Membership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing components of Nike's connected experience offense. As a part of your role, you will oversee one or multiple cross-functional special projects that support the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include identifying and assessing priorities and opportunities and driving strategic problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to catalyze action towards achieving goals.
