Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Member Services Specialist who will:
Work with Direct and Exchange member accounts
Provide support pertaining to member eligibility, enrollment, premium billing and payment, and delinquency via phone, chat and/or email for both Direct and Exchange Members
Provides excellent customer service for all lines of business and all member interactions by providing a full point of service
Researches, investigates and resolves member issues
Maintains confidentiality of all information related to members and employees

This posting is for multiple openings of an Associate Member Services Specialist role
This role requires flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Providence Health Plan welcomes remote work for residents who reside within a daily commutable distance of the following location:
- Oregon: Beaverton
Required qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service call center environment or another related field
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience working in the Member Services Department within Providence Health Plan
Experience working in a high-volume insurance call center environment
Proven track record of learning and applying complex concepts
Phone, chat and email response experience in a in a call center environment

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
