ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Technical Advisor for Back To Business I.T., you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at our office in Beavercreek, Ohio. You will play a critical role in winning and retaining clients through innovative thinking, problem solving, responsiveness and exceptional service. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Play an integral role as a technical advisor in the sales process. The Technical Advisor will help clients understand technology needs and solutions for their businesses.

  • Assess client environments, understand needs and recommend products/services.

  • Onboard new clients.

  • Lead regular reviews with clients focusing on trends and forward-thinking opportunities for technology to positively impact business operations.

  • Facilitate and lead in-person and virtual meetings and strategic planning sessions with clients.

  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, retention, and growth for all client accounts.

  • Perform and/or support on-site technical support as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills.

  • Independent thinker, focused, and self-motivated.

  • Perform all aspects of the job in accordance with the company’s code of ethics.

  • Ability to take direction from other team members and work well in a team-based environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills. (Thorough documentation will be vital during the onboarding stages as well as ongoing account maintenance. This ensures that the technical team can properly support the client).

  • Technical knowledge of the products and services offered by Back To Business I.T. in order to evaluate and advise clients on recommended courses of action including 3-5 years of experience with configuration/administration of:

  • Windows 10/11

  • Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Active Directory

  • Microsoft 365

  • Multi-factor authentication solutions

  • Antivirus management

  • Disaster recover/backup management

  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

  • This is an in-person role. Candidates will work in-person in our Beavercreek office and must have the ability to travel regionally to meetings at client sites during normal business hours.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three to five years of successful relevant sales experience in a professional services firm.

  • Previous managed IT services or IT consulting experience.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
