ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a potential Executive Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH. This potential role will be critical in providing assistance to executive level employees. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Maintain personal and shared calendars and serve as scheduler for C-Suite staff
Schedule conference rooms and manage technology for meetings, conferences, and employee functions.
Prepare fact sheets, status reports, and briefing books for senior leadership.
Track government training certifications.
Maintain organizational charts and recall rosters.
Perform activities as unit point of contact for official records management and record reviews.
Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize documents such memos, reports, briefing materials, and electronic Staff Summary Sheets (eSSS).
Regularly handle sensitive information and materials for senior leadership.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least five (5) years of office administration experience.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to interface with all levels of management.
Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Intense attention to detail.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team.
Excellent knowledge of MS Suite products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and can obtain a favorable National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) clearance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience supporting Air Force C-Suite level leadership.
Knowledge of DoD Records Management programs and communication formats.
Familiarity with Task Management Tool (TMT).

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $61,000 to $80,000.
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
