JOB REQUIREMENTS: Office Assistant - Beaver Dam Family and Internal Med - 36042 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 70% FTE, day shift. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday. You will work at 705 S University Ave, in Beaver Dam, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking an Office Assistant to: * Manage and maintain patient medical records, ensuring timely and accurate filing, retrieval, and secure handling of sensitive information. * Assist with patient referrals and obtaining outside patient medical records, contributing to smooth clinic operations. * Support daily administrative tasks, including scanning, faxing, and handling incoming calls for the medical records department. * Collaborate with clinic staff to improve workflow and patient care efficiency. * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clinic visitors, answering inquiries and directing them appropriately.
